How to shop

Browsing products

To start shopping look at the left hand of the page and you will see:

• Just Arrived (newest items)
• Favourite Flaivers (most popular items)
• Hot Flaivers
• Cool Flaivers
• Special offers
• Categories (Dresses, Tops etc)

These will always stay down the left hand side of the page whatever you are looking at. Click on any of these categories and you will see products. To view a product in more detail, click any image or title and you will go to another page which shows that same product in more detail. You also have the option to zoom into these images for a closer look by pressing ‘Larger image’.

On this page – you will notice that there is a button to view a catwalk clip of the product under the main image. Press ‘Catwalk’ to view catwalk and press ‘Show image’ to return back to where you started. Music will play once the catwalk clip is pressed so be sure to have your speakers on!

Shopping Bag

To add a product to your shopping bag – first select the size and then the colour then click ‘ Add to shopping bag’. At the top right of the page you will see a shopping bag icon which will tell you how many products you have put in your basket and the total price. You can check out any time (or you can just view items in your shopping bag) by clicking the shopping bag which will take you to the payment area.

Payment area

When you have finished shopping and wish to check out, just press the ‘Checkout’ button at the top right of the page.

You will then be asked to either set up an account (if you are a new shopper) or register your login details (if have shopped here before).

Check that you enter your shipping address as the place where you or someone else will be able o sign for your delivery – either at work, a friend/neighbour or at your home if you will be in. Then choose which type of postal delivery you require. There are two choices - First Class Recorded and Next Day Special Delivery (see Delivery section for more details.)

Then you will need to select your payment method. We operate a secure system called Sage Pay – so there is no need to worry about entering your card details. This is also the point to enter your discount code if you have one.

After entering you payment details – your order is complete and as such you will receive a confirmation email containing all the details concerning your order.
