Returns or Cancellation

If you are not satisfied with your order you may return it to us within 7 working days. A full refund or replacement will be given if it complies with the following terms and conditions:

You will be required to pack carefully, arrange & pay for the returning of products to us, and ensure all labels and tags are still attached. Any garments that are marked or are returned worn will not be refunded or exchanged. Please mark clearly where returning item from, reason for return, whether you would like a refund or exchange. Please return to our Head office.

We can issue an alternate size, colour, or product, or if you prefer, a refund.

Please return all goods in original condition, with all tags still attached.

All our products are sent out with a satisfaction tag attached. Please take special care not to remove this tag until you have tried on your garment and are sure you are fully satisfied. We cannot accept returns without this tag still fully intact.
