All rights, including copyright, of this website are owned by or licensed to Flaiver Limited. Any use of this website or its contents including photography and content, copying or storing information in whole or part, other than for your own personal/non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Flaiver Limited. Any attempt to copy our products or brand name will be pursued accordingly by Flaiver Limited through the appropriate channels.

PRODUCTS

If any products are no longer available for reasons out of our control we will contact you as soon as we can.

All products have been described as accurately as possible and prices are accurate at time of listing. If however there is an error we have not noticed we reserve the right to cancel your order and relist the product correctly and we apologise for any inconvenience this causes.

All payments will be cleared before despatch of goods.  If we are unable for any reason to process your order we will notify you as soon as we can.

Postage and packing is charged in addition to product prices.  Postage costs are for UK ONLY.  All products are sent via courier or Royal mail recorded delivery and all require signature.  Flaiver Limited cannot accept any responsibility for delays caused by Royal Mail or courier services.

If products arrive and packaging is damaged, tampered with etc. please check products for damage before signing for goods as it is the customer’s responsibility to refuse to sign for damaged products.

LIABILITY RISK

Flaiver Limited will not be liable for loss or damage to any person or property which may arise from the use of any of our products - the risk will pass to our Customer upon delivery. Please ensure that children are supervised when opening packages to avoid any dangers with plastic bags.

RETURNS or CANCELLATION

If you are not satisfied with your order you may return it to us within 7 working days. A full refund or replacement will be given if it complies with the following terms and conditions: 

You will be required to pack carefully, arrange & pay for the returning of products to us, and ensure all labels and tags are still attached. Any garments that are marked or are returned worn will not be refunded or exchanged. Please mark clearly where returning item from, reason for return, whether you would like a refund or exchange. Please return to our Head office.

We can issue an alternate size, colour, or product, or if you prefer, a refund.

Please return all goods in original condition, with all tags still attached.

All our products are sent out with a satisfaction tag attached. Please take special care not to remove this tag until you have tried on your garment and are sure you are fully satisfied. We cannot accept returns without this tag still fully intact.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

We will refund or exchange goods when they have been damaged or faulty if notified to us within 24 hours of their receipt, this can be done by email. If products are faulty or damaged we will refund postage costs, otherwise the cost has to be met by the customer. Please email customercare@flaiver.com

We would advise that goods are returned to us with proof of posting as we will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage.

You can cancel your order without any cost to yourself providing the goods have not already been sent or order commenced.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information we collect about you lawfully, in accordance with the data protection act 1998.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons:

2) to provide you with the best possible customer service

WE DO NOT STORE ANY PERSONAL FINANCIAL DETAILS

We may email you in the future with any promotions and offers unless you have specifically requested us not to, but we will not disclose any information to any third parties

The personal information we hold will be held securely and all reasonable steps are taken to keep it safe and confidential

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE ANY PART OF OUR WEBSITE OR CONTENT WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE BEEN GIVEN AND YOU AGREE WHEN PURCHASING A PRODUCT TO BE BOUND BY OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS
