There are two different options to choose from for your delivery.

All orders received before 2 pm will be shipped the same day, orders received after this time will be shipped the following day.

Once shipped, your parcel will be delivered within 2 days, and often within 1 day. Our guarantee is within 2 days after shipping, so please wait until after this time before calling in with a shipping query, and please take into account the 2 pm deadline.

You will need to sign for your parcel, so if you will be out at work, arrange to have your parcel delivered to you there. Alternatively, you could choose to send it to a friend or neighbour's address to sign for the package on your behalf.

Remember to specify a different delivery address if required.

Remember to order before 2pm on the day before you need your parcel to arrive, or it will not ship out until the following day.

Your parcel will arrive between 7 am and 1pm. You will need to sign for it, so if you are out at work, we can have it delivered there, or alternatively have it sent to a friend or neighbour who will be in to sign for it on your behalf.
